Wacky Wardrobe Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be obsessed with your new shark look! If you aren’t 100% happy, we’ve made our return process as simple and risk-free as possible.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your shark blanket must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Trying it on once to check the fit is perfectly fine!

  • In Original Condition: Free of scents (perfume/smoke) and pet hair.

  • In Original Packaging: Please keep the bag it came in!

2. 100% FREE Returns (48-Hour Window)

We offer a 48-hour "Zero Risk" period. If you receive your item and decide the shark life isn't for you within the first two days:

  • We pay for the courier to collect it from your door.

  • You get a 100% refund with zero restocking fees.

3. "Something Happened" (Defective or Damaged Items)

If your blanket arrives with a "shark bite" (a tear, hole, or manufacturing defect), let us know immediately.

  • We will arrange a collection and send a replacement or issue a full refund at NO cost to you.

4. Change of Mind (After 48 Hours)

If you decide you’re more of a dolphin person after the initial 48-hour window has passed:

  • Free Collection: We will still arrange for our courier to collect the item from you at our expense.

  • Condition Check: The item must meet the hygiene requirements (unworn/unwashed).

  • 100% Refund: Once inspected, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method. No hidden fees.

5. How to Start a Return

Simply email us at Wwackywardrobe@gmail.com with your Order Number and a photo of the item. We’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours to book your collection.
