Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Wacky Wardrobe, we don’t just "ship and forget." We want to make sure your shark blanket is in bite-perfect condition before it reaches your door. Here is how our shipping process works:

1. The "Quality First" Process

Unlike other stores, we personally inspect every single item at our local South African hub before it is dispatched to you.

  • International Transit + Inspection: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to reach our facility and undergo a strict quality check (checking for loose threads, zipper functionality, and "fin" alignment).

  • Local Dispatch: Once your gear passes inspection, it is packaged with a "Wacky" touch and handed over to our couriers.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order leaves our local hub, delivery times are as follows:

  • Main Centers (JHB, PTA, CPT, DBN, GQE): 2–4 business days.

  • Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your package roughly 7–12 business days after your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery: R99 flat rate nationwide.

  • FREE SHIPPING: All orders over R500 ship for FREE!

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive two main updates via email or SMS:

  1. Order Confirmed: We’ve received your order, and the "Quality Check" phase has begun.

  2. Order Dispatched: Your gear has passed inspection! You will receive a tracking number from our courier partner (Aramex) to follow your parcel's journey.

5. Address Requirements

  • Door-to-Door: We ship via private couriers. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address during business hours (8 AM–5 PM).

  • No P.O. Boxes: Our couriers require a physical street address for delivery.

  • Change of Address: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours. Once an item is dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our hub. Re-shipping the item will incur an additional delivery fee.
