Wacky Wardrobe Terms Of Service Policy
At Wacky Wardrobe, we want you to love your transformation into a shark! We are so confident in our quality that we have removed the risk for you. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
A. 48-Hour "Zero Risk" Free Returns
We offer 100% Free Returns within the first 48 hours of you receiving your order. If you open your package and decide the shark life isn't for you, we will arrange a courier to collect the item from your door at no cost to you. The "Unworn" Refund Guarantee To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met (in line with SA Consumer Law):

Inspect, Don't Use: Trying the suit on once to check the fit and feel is perfectly fine. However, items that have been slept in, used for content creation, or worn for an extended period cannot be returned.

Original Condition: The item must be unwashed, free of scents (perfume, smoke, etc.), pet hair, and in its original packaging.

Personal Nature: Due to the hygienic nature of wearable blankets, once an item shows signs of use beyond a basic inspection, it is ineligible for a refund.
B. Change of Mind Returns (100% Free)
Decided you’d rather have a different color or just changed your mind? We’ve got you covered:

No Shipping Fees: We arrange the courier collection at our expense.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge "handling" or "restocking" fees.

100% Refund: Once we receive and inspect the unworn item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
C. 30-Day Happiness Window
Even after the initial 48-hour "Zero Risk" window, you still have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. As long as the item is unworn and in its original condition, we will still facilitate a free collection and a full refund.
D. "Something Happened" (Damaged or Defective Items)
We inspect every shark suit before it leaves our Johannesburg warehouse, but if we missed a "shark bite" (hole, broken zipper, or manufacturing defect):

We will arrange an immediate collection and send a replacement or issue a 100% refund at zero cost to you.
E. How to Start a Return
Simply send an email to Wwackywardrobe@gmail.com with your Order Number. Our team will respond within 24 hours to arrange the courier collection from your address.
