Wacky Wardrobe: Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At Wacky Wardrobe, we begin the personalization process almost immediately to ensure your gift arrives on time. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and changes:

1. The "1-Hour" Window

Because we prioritize fast shipping via Aramax, you have a 1-hour window after purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Once this window has passed, our team has likely already begun preparing your custom box and drafting your personalized letter.

2. Customized & Personalised Items

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act, goods that are clearly personalized or made to your specific specifications (such as our Customized Gift Letters and Personalized Bundles) are exempt from the standard 7-day cooling-off period once production has begun.

  • Before Customization: If you cancel before we have drafted your letter or packed your box, a full refund will be issued.

  • After Customization: If the letter has been printed or the custom box has been assembled, a Reasonable Cancellation Fee (up to 20%) may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of materials and labor.

3. How to Cancel

4. Address Changes & Redirects

Please ensure the recipient's address is 100% correct. If a package is already in the hands of Aramax, we cannot cancel the order. We can attempt to redirect the package with the courier, but any additional "re-routing" fees charged by the courier will be for your account.

5. Technical Failures

If we are unable to reach you via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours to confirm your custom letter details, we reserve the right to ship the bundle with a high-quality "Standard" greeting card to ensure the gift is not delayed indefinitely. No refunds will be issued for "missing" custom text if we have made three or more attempts to contact you.
